I could feel free in my body and my breath?

As a relatively older person, I have to say that I was a bit intimidated to begin my practice of yoga. I found Jeannette has made all the difference in the world. Somehow, Jeannette with her warmth and her patience has the ability to enable all students, at whatever level the are, to not only keep up, but to feel that they are in synch with others in the class. It made all the difference in the world to me.
